Call us: (coming soon)

This isn’t therapy, It’s a mental cleanup.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here because i’ve been through some mess myself, an emotional breakdown, navigating a borderline diagnosis, peeling back the layers I didn’t know I was carrying.
I built this site as a place for sorting.
For catching thoughts before they crash.
for naming things that don’t usually get names.
It’s not always neat, but its honest.
After working through my inner world and making massive mistakes along the way, I stumbled into something.
Not a cure. Not a secret. Just a clear moment, when I finally saw the thought I had been selling myself.
I called it Catch the Con.
It became a strategy. A style. A book I wrote in blog form and quietly passed around.
Nothing flashy. No guru vibes.
Just a way to notice when your mind is running a script…
and to ask:
“Who gave me this line?”
The Con is subtle.
It sounds like your voice.
It wears your fears like clothes.
But once you catch it, you can finally see where the loop began.
This method won’t fix you.
It won’t silence your thoughts.
But it will help you recognize which ones are lying to you with your own mouth.
“If I don’t do this, I’m lazy” → “That’s the Con. What’s the truth underneath?”
A way to get back to thinking like yourself, you are not your thoughts. With grounding techniques I stepped away from the conveyor belt of thoughts, I believed my thoughts so diligently that my body took on the stress, causing more stress and more thoughts. Techniques are just tools to help you get back to you, simple, easy, but dam is it difficult to navigate if you don’t know the way is the right way.
Listening to your body and mind.
Working through the thoughts, the tremors, the pain.
To come out the other side and find yourself again.
I’ve read over 240 books on psychology, therapy, self-help, CBT, DBT…
I’ve talked with monks, gurus, therapists, and yes, even ChatGPT.
But nothing helped until I actually stopped to listen.
Not just to the world… but to the chaos inside.
Through it all, I’ve helped a few dozen people do the same,
Not by fixing them,
but by helping them finally hear what was already there.
I call this process Catch and Convene.
A method of catching the moment before the spiral…
And convening the parts of you that need to be seen.
“Your thoughts aren’t your enemies.
They’re just messengers who got tired of being ignored.”
If that sounds like something you need,
